Bike Tours Athens is an email-only site. There is no phone line and no chat. Every message goes to info@biketoursathens.com and is answered in order of arrival. Whether you have spotted a wrong price on a tour card or want to ask something before you book, writing is the only way in.
What To Write About
Most email falls into a few buckets. You may have found a price that no longer matches the booking page, a duration that looks off, a meeting point that seems misplaced on the map, or a category description that reads strangely. Corrections like these are welcome and useful. You may also want to ask which tour suits your plans, how the five categories differ, or whether a listing covers something specific such as helmets or drinks. The site compares 31 guided bike and e-bike tours in Athens drawn from the November 2026 listing data, and questions about that data are fair game.
Please note that the site does not run any tour and cannot speak for any operator. If your question is really about a tour you have booked, the answer will usually be to contact the operator through the booking platform where you made the purchase.
What To Include
- The page or tour in question. Name the tour by its decision name, for example "Regular or E-Bike, Optional Acropolis", or paste the address of the page you were reading. A vague description such as "the sunset one" can mean three different tours in the sunset-and-night-rides category.
- What you expected and what you saw. If a price, duration, group size or inclusion looks wrong, say what the page shows and what the booking page showed instead. Screenshots are not needed, the numbers in plain text are enough.
- Your return address. Reply-to addresses sometimes fail. Include the address you want the answer sent to inside the body of the message as well as in the header.
What The Site Cannot Do

Where To Take Booking Problems
For anything connected to money or a confirmed booking, go back to the booking platform where you made the purchase. The platform holds your order, your payment details and the operator's contact information, and its support team is the only party that can act on the reservation. The same applies on the day of the tour: the operator's contact details sit on your booking confirmation, and that is the channel to use for late arrivals or meeting point questions.

None of those are needed to answer a question about the comparison, and keeping them out of email is safer for you. A plain description of the problem, the tour name and the page address will do.
